Hummus Bowl and Friends
3 tbsp hummus (homemade or store bought)
- for homemade (1 cup chickpeas + 2 roasted red pepper drizzled with garlic/olive oil) + 2 garlic cloves + tsp tahini = processed.)
+ add couscous, cashews, minced tomato/carrot/onion/parsley
+ serve alongside cherries and wheat crackers
